I was gifted an opportunity to be an observer from the side lines of this special event. I couldn't partake in the walk itself due to the strength of the soles of my feet. I find it very difficult to walk barefoot on any surface that is slightly rough. This incident happened about eight years ago.  It feels like a lifetime .  It was a bright summer day. The blue Mediterranean Sea was calm, the waves gently lapping on the shore. Will you walk on hot embers ? I did. At Eric Ho’s “Master The Stage” event in Bangalore. It was a beautiful warm night, a gentle breeze caressing the skin, we gathered around the open space where the fire logs were kept. In a piece of paper, we had written down what we wanted to let go of with the help of the fire. These intentions when we write it down, we acknowledge its existence within us and when we let it go in the fire, it becomes a powerful way of allowing our minds to let go of things that were holding us back from being a better version of ourselves.
